Horizon View follows a practical cancellation policy designed to balance customer support with the operational realities of IT service delivery.
All refunds, cancellations, and reversals are strictly subject to Horizon View’s internal rights, evaluation parameters, and legal discretion. A refund is not guaranteed unless explicitly approved after assessment. Due to immediate allocation of project revenue to developers, designers, and technical resources, reversals may be operationally impossible.
Horizon View retains full authority to approve or deny any refund based on feasibility, progress, and contractual rights. The final decision rests entirely with Horizon View and cannot be claimed as a customer entitlement.
