We partnered with Tactiq to design a field-ready platform that works for both guards in motion and supervisors in command. Built for high-pressure, real-world use, the app simplifies shift check-ins, activity tracking, and incident reporting—all while keeping data secure and instantly accessible. The branding and product experience are grounded in precision and speed. From iconography to UX flow, every touchpoint was made to feel sharp, functional, and reliable—reinforcing Tactiq’s mission: to modernize frontline security with confidence and control.

Tactiq set out to replace paper logs and scattered phone calls with a single source of truth—but the real hurdle was crafting an experience rugged enough for guards in the field yet crisp enough for supervisors in the office. Balancing strict compliance, live location data, and low-friction reporting meant merging reliability with speed while staying completely user-friendly.
Approach
We embedded ourselves in day–to–day guard routines, running ride-alongs and rapid prototypes to uncover what really matters on patrol. The product voice is confident without jargon, while the visuals remain clear under sun, rain, or night-shift glare. Every tap—clock-in, site-tour, DAR upload—was mapped, tested, and refined to shave seconds off routine tasks and boost reporting accuracy.
