We collaborated to transform TimeUp into an elegant, no-fuss task manager that integrates profile customization, goal tracking, and reminders—all wrapped in a minimalist design. Every screen and interaction was tailored for speed and clarity, helping users stay on top of daily responsibilities with minimal effort.

The core challenge was designing a productivity app that feels light and intuitive, yet robust enough to handle task hierarchy, deadlines, and recurring goals. We needed a visual language that allows quick scanning and immediate action—without overwhelming users.
Approach
Our process started with user interviews to understand real-world planning habits. From there, we developed wireframes prioritizing one-tap actions and streamlined task entries. We focused on a clean, high-contrast UI to ensure usability in various lighting, and built adaptive layouts to support both quick glances and deep planning sessions.
